Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing dashboard and will remain active through the end of the paid term. Annual or custom invoiced subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds where required by applicable law; otherwise, refunds are processed in accordance with the governing Statement of Work or order form.
